Brayne Jewelry Shipping Policy

At Brayne Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently, wherever you are in the Philippines or worldwide. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details about our shipping processes, timeframes, costs, and your rights as a customer.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship nationwide within the Philippines and to most international destinations, including the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and more.
  • Shipping is subject to courier coverage and customs regulations in your country.

2. Processing & Production Time

  • Most of our products are custom-made to order. Production time is typically 7–15 business days after confirmation of your 50% downpayment.
  • For non-custom (ready-to-ship) items, orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Philippines: Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service.
  • International: Delivery to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and most other countries typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier, and customs clearance.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, customs inspections, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order weight, dimensions, delivery location, and courier rates.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless a “Free Shipping” offer is clearly stated at checkout or in a promotion.
  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package online.
  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery Address & Acceptance

  • Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate and complete. Brayne Jewelry is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
  • If you are unavailable to receive your order, you may authorize someone else to accept the package on your behalf.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt, and provide your order number, tracking details, and photos (if applicable).
  • We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • For lost or undelivered packages verified by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain destinations may have restrictions on the import of jewelry or precious metals. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before ordering.
  • If we are unable to ship to your location due to restrictions, we will notify you and process a full refund for your order.

9. Legal Rights & International Customers

  • This Shipping Policy is in accordance with consumer protection laws in the Philippines, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and other applicable jurisdictions.
  • If your jurisdiction grants you additional rights regarding shipping or delivery, we will honor those rights to the fullest extent required by law.
