Thank you for shopping with Brayne Jewelry! We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy Overview
Most Brayne Jewelry items are custom-made according to your unique specifications. Because of this, our policies for refunds and returns differ for custom and non-custom items
2. Custom Orders
Custom products include:
- Necklaces, Class rings, championship rings, fraternity rings, military rings, maritime rings, company rings, government rings, professional rings, medical rings
- Any piece created to your chosen name, message, color, metal, or other personalized request
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing Error or Defect
If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, incorrect spelling, or a clear error on our part, we will remake or repair the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
- Damaged on Arrival
If your custom item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and unboxing video evidence. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. - Incorrect Item Sent
If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping (if applicable) and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
Please Note:
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors made in the order details submitted by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling or size provided by the customer). Please double-check your order information before submitting.
3. Non-Custom (Ready-Made) Items
Non-custom or ready-to-ship items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Non-custom items are eligible for:
- Exchange for another product of equal value
- Refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees
4. Refunds & Return Process
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return or exchange.
- Return Shipping:
- For defective, incorrect, or damaged items, Brayne Jewelry will cover return shipping costs or provide a local drop-off address.
- For non-custom returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Refunds Issued: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Shipping Fees
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part (wrong or defective item sent).
- For international returns, Brayne Jewelry is not responsible for duties, taxes, or shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled and refunded only before production has begun. Once production starts on a custom order, we cannot accept cancellation.
- For non-custom items, cancellation requests should be made before your order is shipped.
7. Exchanges
- Custom items can only be exchanged or remade if defective, incorrect, or damaged.
- Non-custom items may be exchanged within 7 days, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
8. International Customers
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred on returns or exchanges, unless the issue is due to a mistake by Brayne Jewelry.
- Refunds for international orders will be processed in the same currency as the original payment. Currency exchange rates and bank charges may apply.
9. Legal Rights (Philippines, USA, Canada, UK, Australia)
This policy does not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.
- Philippines: You are protected under the Consumer Act of the Philippines for defective goods.
- USA: Your rights under state/federal law, including but not limited to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, may apply.
- Canada: You have rights under the Canadian Consumer Product Safety Act and provincial laws.
- UK: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
- Australia: Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
If your jurisdiction grants you additional consumer rights, we will honor those to the fullest extent required by law.
