Production usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design. We’ll notify you once your order is ready to ship.

Yes! We ship both within the Philippines and worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry pouch or box to keep them looking their best.

 

For personalized jewelry, we don’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part. For non-custom items, exchanges may be possible within 7 days.

Yes, for most custom designs we can provide a digital mockup for your approval before production.
